I believe learning works best when it’s designed with intention, purpose, and people at the center. I’m a lifelong educator, learning experience designer, and founder of The LXD Studio, where I help educators and organizations improve how learning is delivered—especially through thoughtful, effective use of technology.
Rooted in my faith and guided by my commitment to service, I’m a proud wife and parent of two. I was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. With nearly two decades of experience in education and a background in secondary mathematics, I’ve worked across classrooms and districts to support teachers, leaders, and trainers in creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that truly work.
I bring energy, innovation, and clarity to every space I’m in—because I believe every educator deserves learning experiences that honor their expertise, build their capacity, and unlock better outcomes for learners. At The LXD Studio, my work is about more than tools or trends—it’s about designing learning that makes an impact.
